Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The State Fire Marshal shall without cost, annually notify the chief fire official of each local fire authority of the name, address and license number of each firm that is licensed pursuant to this chapter. Upon request, single copies of such list shall be furnished, without cost, to a licensed person.
