Section 127673.2 - Development; data(a) In the development of the system, the department or its designee shall consult with state and federal entities, as necessary, to implement the program. State entities shall assist and provide to the department access to datasets needed to effectuate the intent of this chapter.(b) The department shall seek data on Medicare enrollees from the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and shall incorporate that data, to the extent possible.(c) The department shall accept data from voluntary submitters if it is provided in a manner and format specified by the office.Ca.
