Section 11847.4 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Technical assistance, guidance, and information

The department shall provide technical assistance, guidance, and information to local governments and state agencies with respect to the creation and implementation of programs and procedures for dealing effectively with alcohol and other drug abuse prevention, care, treatment, and rehabilitation. The department may charge a fee for these services.
