Section 115260 - Authority for on-highway routing and enforcement relating to low-level radioactive waste

Notwithstanding Section 115255, authority for on-highway routing and enforcement relating to low-level radioactive waste shall, pursuant to other provisions of law, remain with the Department of the California Highway Patrol for low-level radioactive waste generated from, and shipments into, California.
