Section 111810 - Inspection; validated copy of completed registration application form(a) Prior to issuing a registration under Section 111795, the department shall inspect each place of business to determine ownership, adequacy of facilities, personnel qualifications, and compliance with this part. The department shall annually inspect each registrant.(b) The department shall provide to each registrant a validated copy of the completed registration application form, sent to the mailing address shown on the form, as evidence of valid registration.
