Section 1715 - Government Code provisions applicable; conflict(a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), Chapter 2.99 (commencing with Section 53398.50) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code shall apply to this chapter.(b) To the extent that any provision of this chapter conflicts with any provision of Chapter 2.99 (commencing with Section 53398.50) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code with respect to a seaport infrastructure financing district, this chapter shall prevail.Ca.
