Section 1157.1 - Confidential information(a) Except as provided in Section 1157.4, all records of the board relating to the personal information of a pilot, a pilot trainee, or an applicant to the pilot trainee training program are confidential and shall not be open to public inspection.(b) For purposes of this section, "personal information" means information, other than the name and mailing address, that identifies an individual, including an individual's photograph, social security number, address, telephone number, and medical or disability information, but does not include other information related to licensing such as incidents, rules or safety violations, misconduct, training records, commendations, and license status.Ca.
