Section 76200 - Alameda County authorized to establish Courthouse Construction Fund

Alameda County is authorized to establish a Courthouse Construction Fund pursuant to Section 76100 so long as the county maintains a courtroom building in the City of Berkeley. In the event that the courtroom building in the City of Berkeley is closed, Alameda County may not collect those funds.
