Section 75500 - Title of chapter; Inapplicability of Chapter 11(a) This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Judges' Retirement System II Law.(b) Chapter 11 (commencing with Section 75000) shall not apply to this chapter and shall not apply to judges, as defined in Section 75502.Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 879, Sec. 11.
