Section 67536 - Suit filed in federal court

The authority may sue and be sued in all courts of competent jurisdiction, except that the State of California does not consent to any suit filed against the authority in any federal court of the United States; provided, that the authority may, as a plaintiff, institute or, as an intervenor, intervene in any suit in any federal court of the United States.
