Cal. Gov. Code § 59352

Section 59352 - Notice requirements

The notice shall:

(a) Recite that a bondholders' proposal has been filed.

(b) Briefly indicate its terms.

(c) Refer to the resolution of intention, the bondholders' proposal, the diagram, and assessment on file for further particulars.
