Section 57002 - Time for setting proposal for hearing and giving notice; date of hearing(a)Within 35 days following the adoption of the commission's resolution making determinations, the executive officer of the commission shall set the proposal for hearing and give notice of that hearing by mailing, publication, and posting, as provided in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 56150) of Part 1. The hearing shall not be held prior to the expiration of the reconsideration period specified in subdivision (b) of Section 56895.
