Section 53738.9 - [See Note] "Committed" for purposes of Section 1 of Article XIII A of the California Constitution

For purposes of subparagraph (B) of paragraph (4) of subdivision (b) of Section 1 of Article XIII A of the California Constitution, "committed" means all of the funds from the ACA 1 bonded indebtedness are dedicated to specific projects or programs.
