Cal. Gov. Code § 51934
Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
At its next regular meeting following the election, the legislative body of the county shall canvass the returns. The canvass shall be completed at the meeting if practicable, or as soon as possible thereafter, avoiding adjournments.
