Cal. Gov. Code § 51008
Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The court shall make a finding and render its judgment determining, defining, and establishing the location of the boundary line. After the judgment becomes final the court shall cause a certified copy of the judgment to be filed at once with the Secretary of State.
