Section 27751 - Authority to perform probation officer's functions

A county financial evaluation officer is authorized to perform the functions of a probation officer set forth in Sections 275, 276, and 323 of the Welfare and Institutions Code and Sections 1685 to 1687, inclusive, of the Code of Civil Procedure.
