Section 19050.2 - Arrangements with personnel agencies in other jurisdictions(a) Subject to the approval of the board, the appointing authority may enter into arrangements with personnel agencies in other jurisdictions for the purpose of exchanging services and effecting transfers of employees.(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2017.Added by Stats 2013 ch 310 (SB 105),s 3, eff. 9/12/2013.
