Section 16428.92 - [Operative until 7/1/2027] Administrative Procedure Act exempted(a) The Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3) does not apply to guidelines or other standards adopted or used by a state agency in administering a program that has received funding in the 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24 fiscal years and has prepared a record pursuant to Section 16428.9.(b) This section shall become inoperative on July 1, 2027, and, as of January 1, 2028, is repealed.Added by Stats 2021 ch 115 (AB 148),s 22, eff. 7/22/2021.
