Section 14672.25 - Lease of property to City of San Jose for purposes of constructing fire station

Notwithstanding Section 14670, the director, with the consent of the State Department of Developmental Services, may lease to the City of San Jose for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a fire station for a period not to exceed 75 years, real property of approximately two acres located on the grounds of Agnew State Hospital.
