Section 15837.6 - Inapplicability of sections 10295 and 10382 of Public Contract Code

The provisions of Section 10295 and Sections 10335 to 10382, inclusive, of the Public Contract Code shall not apply to agreements entered into by the board or Treasurer in connection with the obtaining of financing.
