Section 8258 - Report

By December 1 of each year, the commission shall submit an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature detailing activities undertaken by the commission in the preceding 12-month period. The report shall set forth the commission's proposed action plan for the following year and its recommendations on how to improve the delivery of state services to APIA communities.
