Section 8879.20 - Short title; operative upon adoption by voters(a) This chapter shall be known as the Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security Bond Act of 2006.(b) This chapter shall only become operative upon adoption by the voters at the November 7, 2006, statewide general election.Added by Stats 2006 ch 25 (SB 1266),s 1, eff. 5/16/2006.
