Section 6302 - Application by public and certain private corporations(a) A public corporation may apply for the privilege of establishing, operating, and maintaining a foreign-trade zone in accordance with the act of Congress.(b) Any private corporation organized under the laws of the state subsequent to September 15, 1935, for the purpose of establishing, operating, and maintaining a foreign-trade zone in accordance with the act of Congress may apply for the privilege of establishing, operating, and maintaining a foreign-trade zone in accordance with the act of Congress.Amended by Stats 2017 ch 13 (AB 1727),s 3, eff. 1/1/2018.
