(a) The Nursery Advisory Board shall consist of 12 voting members, appointed by the secretary, representing persons licensed to sell nursery stock pursuant to Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 6701).(b) The advisory board or secretary, or both, may appoint ex officio nonvoting members who do not have a financial interest in the nursery industry.Ca.
