Section 5255 - Duty, jurisdiction, or authority conferred on commissioner transferred to director

In any proceeding which is commenced pursuant to Section 5254, any duty, jurisdiction, or authority which is conferred on the commissioner by this division is conferred or imposed upon and transferred to the director.
