Section 3322 - State officers(a) The following officers of the California Exposition and State Fair shall be appointed by the Governor, pursuant to Section 4 of Article VII of the California Constitution, upon recommendation of the board:(1) Deputy general manager.(b) The state officers appointed pursuant to subdivision (a) shall serve at the pleasure of the board, under the direction of the general manager.Ca.
