Section 66501 - Inability of lettuce shippers to maintain or expand markets for iceberg lettuce

The inability of lettuce shippers to maintain or expand present markets for iceberg lettuce results in an unreasonable and unnecessary economic waste and accompanying loss of employment to the California economy.
