Section 75541 - Commission may sue and be sued, enter into contracts, and adopt a seal

The commission may sue and be sued, enter into contracts, and adopt a seal. Copies of its proceedings, records, and acts, when authenticated, shall be prima facie evidence of the truth of all statements therein.
