Section 61343 - Person and subject matter to which this chapter is applicable not subject to provisions of Unfair Practices Act

Any person and subject matter to which this chapter is applicable is not subject to the provisions of the Unfair Practices Act, Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 17000), Part 2, Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code.
