Section 58681 - Order, rule, or regulation issued by Public Utilities Commission or Interstate Commerce Commission

This chapter does not apply to any order, rule, or regulation which is issued, or is issuable, by the Public Utilities Commission or the Interstate Commerce Commission with respect to the operation of common carriers.
