Section 52923 - Criteria for allocation of foundation seed to qualified recipients

FSSC shall develop criteria in consultation with the board for the allocation of foundation seed to qualified recipients. FSSC shall determine who is a qualified recipient and allocate foundation seed pursuant to that criteria.
