Section 29121 - Exemptions(a) A person may import or transport any of the following into the state without complying with the requirements prescribed by Section 29120: (2) Empty package bee cages.(b) No importation shall be allowed if it would violate any quarantine regulation adopted by the director pursuant to Section 29110.Ca.
