Section 8833 - Possession in Districts 4, 19, 19A, 20, 20A and 21 prohibited(a) In Districts 4, 19, 19A, 20, 20A, and 21, trawl nets or dragnets may not be possessed.(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision (a) of this section, trawl nets and dragnets may be possessed, under such regulations as the commission shall prescribe, in Districts 4, 19, 19A, 19B, and 21.Ca.
