Section 22068 - Applicability to persons engaged in business as program administrator or PACE solicitor(a) The exemptions and exclusions in this article are not applicable to a person engaged in business as a program administrator or a PACE solicitor.(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2019.Added by Stats 2017 ch 475 (AB 1284),s 19, eff. 10/4/2017.
