Section 19294 - Injunctive relief requiring compliance(a) The Secretary of State may seek injunctive relief requiring an elections official, or any vendor or manufacturer of a remote accessible vote by mail system, to comply with the requirements of this code, the regulations of the Secretary of State, and the specifications for the ballot marking system and its software, including the programs and procedures for vote marking and testing.(b) Venue for a proceeding under this section shall be exclusively in Sacramento County.Amended by Stats 2016 ch 75 (AB 2252),s 20, eff. 1/1/2017.Renumbered from Ca.
