Section 19280 - Requirements for certification or conditional approval of remote accessible vote by mail systemThe Secretary of State shall not certify or conditionally approve a remote accessible vote by mail system, or part of a remote accessible vote by mail system, unless it fulfills the requirements of this code and the regulations of the Secretary of State.
