Section 14432 - Enclosure and sealing of tally sheets, roster of voters, copy of voter list, challenge list, and assisted voter's list in one or two packages The precinct board shall enclose and seal in one or two packages, as determined by the elections official, all of the following:
(a) Two tally sheets, if ballots are to be tabulated manually at the precinct.(b) The roster. If an electronic poll book is used, either or both the electronic poll book and the electronic media containing the roster shall be secured and returned to the elections official.(c) The copy of the voter list. If an electronic voter list is used, either or both the electronic voter list and the electronic media containing the voter list shall be secured and returned to the elections official.(e) The assisted voter's list.Amended by Stats 2017 ch 806 (SB 286),s 70, eff. 1/1/2018.
