Section 89001 - Locations or designations of institutions(a) The California State University includes the institutions for higher education whose locations or designations are listed in this section. (7) California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.(8) California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.(13) San Fernando Valley.(24) The California Maritime Academy, a specialized institution.(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 1995.Amended (as added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1298, Sec. 3.5) by Stats. 1994, Ch. 901, Sec. 3.
