Section 87484 - Termination of assignment of tenured full-time employee in addition to full-time regular assignment(a) In the event a regular employee of a community college district has tenure as a full-time regular employee of the district, any assignment or employment of such employee in addition to his or her full-time regular assignment may be terminated by the governing board of the district at any time.(b) Any assignment or employment of a contract employee in addition to his or her full-time assignment may be terminated by the governing board of the district at any time.Amended by Stats. 1981, Ch. 470, Sec. 372.
