Section 51205 - Equal educational opportunity for pupils in year-round schools

Pupils enrolled in a year-round school pursuant to Part 22 (commencing with Section 37000) shall have access, as necessary, to an equal educational opportunity as provided during summer school to pupils enrolled in regular school year programs.
