For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply:
(a) "Low-achieving school" means a school described in subdivision (a) of Section 53201.(b) "Persistently lowest-achieving school" means a school identified pursuant to subdivisions (a) to (f), inclusive, of Section 53201.
