Section 49468.4 - Medication to have label affixed by the dispensing pharmacy intact

Emergency anti-seizure medication or medication prescribed to a pupil to treat the pupil's seizures, a seizure disorder, or epilepsy symptoms shall be provided to the school with the label affixed by the dispensing pharmacy intact.
