Section 37085.5 - Time required before election to reverse withdrawal action

If a school district withdraws from a junior high school system pursuant to a vote in favor of withdrawal pursuant to Section 37085, there shall not be an election to reverse that action for at least three complete school years following the date the withdrawal occurs.
