Section 8484.75 - Exceptions to After School Education and Safety ProgramThe requirements of the After School Education and Safety Program described in Article 22.5 (commencing with Section 8482) apply to the program established by this article, with the following exceptions as applicable:
(a) Sections 8482.5, 8482.55, 8483.5, 8483.55, 8483.6, 8483.7, 8483.75, and 8484.5 do not apply to this article.(b) Any provision of Article 22.5 (commencing with Section 8482) that is in conflict with, or duplicative of, any provision of this article.(c) Any provision that is in conflict with applicable federal law or regulations.Amended by Stats 2006 ch 538 (SB 1852),s 89, eff. 1/1/2007.Added by Stats 2005 ch 555 (SB 854),s 1, eff. 10/5/2005.
