Section 1732 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Qualifications of persons performing described services

The services described in Sections 1730 and 1731 shall be performed by persons who hold a valid credential issued by the State Board of Education or Commission for Teacher Preparation and Licensing authorizing such service.
