Section 2555 - Funding payments required pursuant to school building aid law

Beginning July 1, 1979, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall apportion an amount to each county superintendent sufficient for payments required pursuant to any school building aid law previously funded by a tax levied pursuant to Section 2503.
