Section 22107 - Beneficiary(a) "Beneficiary," with respect to the Defined Benefit Program, means any person or entity receiving or entitled to receive an allowance or lump-sum payment under the Defined Benefit Program because of the disability or death of a member.(b) "Beneficiary," with respect to the Defined Benefit Supplement Program, means any person or entity receiving or entitled to receive a final benefit under the Defined Benefit Supplement Program upon the death of a member.Amended by Stats 2000 ch 74 (AB 1509), s 8, eff. 1/1/2001.
