Section 25508 - Statute of limitations to enforce right of indemnification or contribution

No action shall be maintained to enforce any right of indemnification or contribution created by Section 25505 unless brought before the expiration of one year after final judgment based upon the liability for which the right of indemnification or contribution exists.
