Section 1310 - Effect of litigation testing sufficiency or regularity of votes in authorizing reorganization

If litigation is instituted to test the sufficiency or regularity of the votes of the shareholders in authorizing a reorganization, any proceedings under Sections 1304 and 1305 shall be suspended until final determination of such litigation.
