Section 12103 - Relation to Article 9 and Consumer Law(a) If there is conflict between this division and Division 9 (commencing with Section 9101), Division 9 governs.(b) A transaction subject to this division is subject to all of the following: (1) Any applicable rule of law that establishes a different rule for consumers.(2) Any other statute or regulation that regulates the rates, charges, agreements, and practices for loans, credit sales, or other extensions of credit.(3) Any consumer-protection statute or regulation.Added by Stats 2023 ch 210 (SB 95),s 90, eff. 1/1/2024.
